1. Agreement & Service Scope

By accessing or utilizing LLMSEO (llmseo.live), you enter into a legally binding agreement to comply with these Terms of Service. LLMSEO grants you access to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tools, AI search audits, crawler diagnostics, and strategic intelligence hubs.

2. Acceptable Use & Account Integrity

You agree to use LLMSEO strictly for lawful domain optimization and brand analysis purposes. You agree not to:

• Automate malicious scraping or overload our scanning engine infrastructure.
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin systems, user accounts, or private API keys.
• Misrepresent your identity or submit domains for malicious disruption.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform software, algorithms, UI components, branding assets, and proprietary scoring methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of LLMSEO. Upon running an audit, you retain full ownership over your generated custom reports, JSON-LD schema outputs, and domain audit metrics.

4. Subscriptions & Tiered Plans

LLMSEO provides both free diagnostic tools and paid Pro subscription tiers. Fees for paid plans are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account settings.

5. Disclaimer & AI Model Variations

LLMSEO calculates visibility metrics based on real-time sampling across Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). Because AI search providers update model weights dynamically, audit scores reflect current probabilistic outputs and do not guarantee permanent ranking positions.
